Your audioguide, live in three simple steps.

No tender, no developer, no training week. Publishing takes little more than uploading a file and adding a title.

Add your stories

Recordings can be uploaded directly. On paid plans, finished scripts can also become narration using a choice of text-to-speech voices.

Choose the visit mode

A visual gallery can lead the experience, with classic number entry as a fallback—or as the only mode when that suits the exhibition better.

Publish and be found

One QR code gives every visitor access. In the installed app, location can also surface nearby exhibitions.

Visitor listening to an audioguide in a museum gallery

Browse the gallery. Or enter a number.

Visitors can explore a visual, Spotify-like gallery and choose what interests them. Classic number entry remains one tap away—or it can be the only mode when that better suits the exhibition.

Gallery-first discovery

Images, titles, and areas make the collection inviting to browse without prescribing a fixed route.

Number entry stays available

Visitors can always type the number beside an object, and venues can choose a number-only experience.

Nearby in the app, direct by QR

The installed app can surface exhibitions through location. QR codes work independently of location permission.

Ready for patchy reception

Audio is preloaded so listening can continue through weak-signal areas after the guide has loaded.

Every visitor welcome

Multiple languages and accessible transcripts can accompany every track.

Built around real cultural spaces.

Launch independently today and keep the same platform as your audiences, languages, and exhibitions grow.

Questions, answered

Good to know.

Still wondering whether it fits? Write to info@classicaudioguide.com or call +49 69 87002415.

Can I really start for free?

Yes. The free plan is designed for pilots, small exhibitions, and testing with real visitors. You can create an account, upload your own audio, and publish without a setup fee.

Do I need professionally recorded audio?

No. You can upload any suitable recording. On paid plans, you can also paste a finished script and choose from several text-to-speech voices. Synthetic narration is a practical fallback when recording resources are limited, and you can replace it with a human recording later.

Do visitors need to install an app?

No. Visitors can open the web audioguide directly from a QR code. On iPhone, App Clip provides an especially fast native experience without a traditional installation.

Can I update tracks after publishing?

Yes. Edit titles, descriptions, languages, images, and audio from your account. Published changes are available immediately, without reprinting the QR code.

Is it suitable for multilingual exhibitions?

Yes. You can offer multiple languages and let visitors choose the version they understand best.

How is data handled?

The service is designed around GDPR-conscious operation. A data processing agreement is available for professional customers, and infrastructure may use appropriate hosting and content-delivery providers as the service evolves.

What happens when our audience grows?

You can move to a paid plan when usage grows or you need more capacity. Your content and visitor link stay in place.

Does location access have to be enabled?

No. Location is an optional convenience for people using the installed app: it can surface nearby exhibitions automatically. A QR code opens the correct exhibition without location access.

What if reception is weak inside the museum?

The guide preloads its audio so playback can continue through areas with spotty reception once the content has loaded. A connection is still needed to open and initially load the guide.

One upload away from your first listener.

Bring the audio. We’ll give it a clear, welcoming place in your exhibition—free to begin and ready to grow.
